In response to the COVID-19 and other health emergencies, Ahmazing Photo Booths is taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our booth managers, attendants, crew, and event guests. During this unprecedented time, Ahmazing Photo Booths will be following all federal and local guidelines. As of May 1, 2020, Ahmazing Photo Booths suspended the use of all props to help curb the risk of possible exposure. We understand how this could impact your photo booth experience and thank you for your continued understanding.


If props are provided by the client/host, we will gladly use those and encourage guests to practice proper safety measures.

Safety Measures



The health and safety of our team and your guests are our priority at every event. In addition to the PPE and sanitation process, we provide at every event, we are now updating our existing COVID-19 procedures to require all of our on-site event staff to complete a COVID test before every event, regardless of vaccination status. On-site staff will be required to get a negative COVID-119 PCR test result within 3 days of an event. If a staff member cannot take a PCR test or receive the results in the given timeframe, a self-administered rapid antigen test with a negative result is required within 8 hours of the start of the event


We have rolled out new sanitary guidelines for our staff that include washing hands thoroughly after setup is complete and using hand sanitizer after any direct contact with guests. All touch surfaces are wiped down and disinfected regularly at events.


Each photo booth activation is operated by one of our trained staff members, who can manually enter your guests’ emails or phone numbers without your guests ever touching our equipment. You can also take advantage of our QR photo retrieval methods. This eliminates guests from interacting with any surface entirely.



We think washing your hands thoroughly and masking indoors often is the best prevention for the spread of any diseases. We can add an on-screen reminder for your guests when they get their photo or maybe a popup right after the photo is taken.


We understand there is a lot of uncertainty in the industry right now and we want our clients to be able to secure us for events without feeling backed into a corner if circumstances change. In place of completely forfeiting your retainer for cancellation, we are offering to apply any retainer from a canceled event to a future event within six (6) months if the date and time are available.

10 Things we are doing to help during this time:


1. Open-Air photo booths only.
2. Attendants: Our attendants will be wearing masks (if indoors and if very crowded outdoors).
3. Touchless Activations: Photo sessions will be activated by the attendant only.
4. Social Distancing: 6-foot markings on the floor if applicable. Guests will be encouraged to maintain distance in line and the general photo booth area.
5. Propless: To limit points of contact and frequently touched and shared features.
6. Hand sanitizer available for general use.
7. Fully sanitized booths after each event.
8. Professionally trained staff on equipment and current guidelines.
9. Compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
10. Flexibility: We are offering flexible reschedules and cancellations*.
